Our verdict
Tor Browser is offered for desktop and Android. The Tor Project describes traffic passing through the Tor network as relayed and encrypted three times across volunteer-run relays. Tor VPN is a separate Android product that routes multiple apps, so this profile does not treat the browser as system-wide VPN protection or promise complete anonymity.
